| Duoscopic dual reception television set Demonstrated by Du Mont Laboratories, Inc., in 1958, this television set came with two Polaroid glass panels (or individual Polaroid spectacles) that permitted persons to watch either of two programs tuned in simultaneously. Separate earpieces and a master control unit (foreground) were also provided. The set could also be used for single reception. |
